Halifax Mayor Mike Savage was on hand Thursday, May 26 in Halifax to name the popular vessel the official Halifax Welcome Ambassador. The new role for Theodore, dubbed the Welcome Aboard program, is a wide-ranging collaboration including Halifax Regional Municipality, the Nova Scotia government, several museums, and Murphy’s the Cable Wharf, which owns Theodore.
